This scooters front right wheel snapped off on the first use by my 40 pound child. I do not know if it was previously cracked but it had not been damaged as I know because we opened the box a few days ago and nothing else occurred. Outside the return time frame for Amazon but hoping this gets taken care of because we love these scooters and have several of them for all the kids.

We actually have 3 of these now. One for each kid. And the original which is over 4 yrs old is still going strong! They are made extremely well and are very sturdy. I have even been known to get on with my 3 yr old and I’m 170 lbs. my girls are 7 and 3 and they ride them almost every day. I would highly recommend this to any parent whose trying to getTheir kids to play outside more and be more active. Hope this helps.

We have purchase several of these scooters so we have enough when other kids come over to play. Even if a kid has never scooted they can hop on these and just go. We have 2 that are 6 years old and still in great shape they are very very durable scooters and take 2 seconds to put together which is a huge parent plus!

This scooter arrived packaged nicely with no damage. There is no assembly required, all that is needed is to snap the steering mechanism into the base of the scooter. Very easy! The scooter has light up wheels, which my step-daughter loves and a textured deck, which should avoid inadvertent slipping. The scooter is very maneuverable and has adjustable tension on the steering. The materials used in the making of this scooter appear to the be of good quality, particularly the adjustable aluminum pole. Nice scooter.
