I just got these this week and used them at a local farm stand. Half a dozen corn on the cob fit perfectly in the large bag, while still leaving room to cinch it closed. I used the other sizes for other produce as well. I anticipate the largest bag would function well for large leafy items such as kale or chard.The bags seem to be well made, howeo as I just acquired them I cannot comment adequately on their durability.I have put them in the washing machine and they came out just fine. If anyone is looking to reduce plastic usage, I highly recommend trying these out. I have had people asking me where I got these when I was using them. I will be acquiring more to give as gifts/part of gifts for family and friends.

So many bags, many sizes, hubby thought 'paying for bag weight?' not heavy at all. Nice sizes of see through (able to see codes for paying", could wash in bag and hand to dry, (I havent needed by but if camping maybe???) No more little plastic bags.Gave 3 to my sister, 3 to my camping trailer and have ?6 left for my regular household use.Excellent product for an excellent reason

I purchased these to try and reduce the amount of plastic I use daily. They're super lightweight and don't add any bulk when purchasing products or food by weight. The mesh is fine enough so smaller particles of food don't get through it but it still breathes. I tried the smallest bag with sunflower seeds and there was no mess! The biggest bag is large enough to fit a fairly huge stalk of celery and still ties shut.To clean, I just toss them in the wash in a gentle cycle with my regular fragrance free detergent or I rinse them in the sink with warm water.Overall, quality is ok at best, but they're pretty durable and haven't torn after a week of using them. Purchasing these has made me more aware of the amount of single use plastic I use daily.

I like these mesh bags for keeping my produce. Used them today on my apples and they seemed sturdy but breathable. There's a nice variety of sizes to use and will be handy (lightweight) to take with me so I can use less plastic. Good value for 12 bags.
