Install A New Battery:
1, You need to turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.
2, Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard to avoid unnecessary damage caused by disassembling the battery. Then unscrew the old battery screws one by one and carefully save each screw.
3, Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, screw in the screw, and connect the wiring of the new battery.

Q: Why my computer didn't recognize this battery or I install this battery and it doesn't seem to work?
A: The reason is residual power stored in the laptop components that was preventing the battery from working properly. Please disconnecting the old battery, and holding down the power button for 20 seconds, then connect the new battery. This drains the residual or flea power and once the laptop is reassembled the battery will function properly.

Great service after receiving a defective part. I ordered this part several years ago and it worked flawlessly. I ordered a new one this year and when I installed it my laptop wouldn't turn on. I wrote the manufacturer and they were super helpful. After a few questions they just sent me a new part. That one worked right out of the box.

I PURCHASED A REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR MY DELL XPS 13 ON SEPTEMBER 06, 2023. THE BATTERY HAS A 12 MONTH WARRANTY BUT ONLY WORKED FOR 7 MONTHS. IT BEGAN TO MALFUNCTION ON APRIL 25, 2024. AS OF APRIL 29, 2024, IT WOULD ONLY POWER THE LAPTOP FOR 6 MINUTES. I HAVE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER FOR A REPLACEMENT. IF THEY REPLACE THE BATTERY PROMPTLY, I WILL REVISE MY RATING.

Replaced a 7 year old battery in XPS 13 9370 with no issues and worked perfectly. Battery life is back to original spec and laptop is running fine. Installation pretty simple and tools are provided.

I ordered the unit a Sunday and it was delivered in a little over 24 hours. The only negative was the fact that two of the seven small screws were tightened so much I could not remove them and I stripped their heads.I had to take my laptop to a computer repair shop to have the screws removed and the battery installed. The laptop works again as it should and I could have changed it myself. That I could not is in NO WAY attributable to Amazon and the unit it provided.

The screwdriver they included is to big meaning it is not possible to open the XPS 13 to install the new battery. Having the correct screwdriver included was a primary selling point for me so it's really disappointing that I'll have to make another trip out to the hardware store to get the correct one. Frustrating.

This battery fit perfectly into my Dell XPS 13 9370. All of the screws lined up, plugged in fine and is back up and running. I charged it to 100% which took approximately 2 hours, and then ran it on the battery for around 9 hours, until 6% remaining. Charged back up to 100% in 2 hours, and seems to work fine. I will send an update if anything changes, but for me this battery has worked as a replacement to my 3.5 year old original Dell Battery. It was ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours. At this point, I am very satisfied with the seller and the part I received.

The battery still works great after 7 months. I used it in a Dell XPS 13 9370.I did not give it 5 stars because the fit was not perfect and I could not screw all the screws. It still holds great and does not move or make any noise. It was just annoying when I installed it to see that it was not a perfect fit with some holes mis-aligned.

The laptop is fantastic but the battery life was really becoming a big problem. I could go to a meeting without my charger. Dell didn't did anything since it was out of warranty. This was a small price to pay to have long battery life again. I'm now re-in-love with my laptop. It was an easy change and worth the expense.
