Just tried these 6 ah batteries for the first time on my leaf blower. They performed no better than the Makita 3 ah batteries that I've used and certainly not to par with my 5 ah Makita batteries. The price was low but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend nor will I purchase more; as I had intended, to replace my 5 ah which are starting to fail after 3-4 years of use.

This charger and battery set is a good value for the money. If you use electric tools, you can never have too many batteries charged and waiting. It charges reasonably quickly and is half the price of the name-brand battery and charger. It fit the tool I bought it for and works just fine. It's a decently well-built set that will come in handy as a backup battery.
