This system is very easy to install and the water tastes refreshing. I’m so happy it filters out fluoride, as well as, many other chemicals and heavy metals. Save your kidney’s from having to be the filter and let the system do it for you. Your family and pets will be healthier.

It is a rare project where at the end of it I say "Wow, that went really well." Something *always* goes wrong. Not this time!!! All of the hose connections were easy with no leaks, even the one I had to take out because I put the wrong color in the wrong hole. All of the threaded connections were fine, though I did bring my own teflon tape.I do recommend reading, or at least browsing, the entire instruction manual first to be familiar with the major steps, but this really was a breeze.

Very easy to install if you have a basic knowledge of how to install anything. This isn't for a first time DYI person looking for a project. Just follow the instructions, there are a couple of gaps but nothing the illustrations don't clarify.Make sure you push all of the hoses all the way into the self locking connectors in order to avoid the leaks that a lot of the people in the reviews encountered.It's a little bigger than I thought so I decided to install it in my basement on the wall directly below the kitchen sink and put the tank up in the rafters next to it. It worked perfect. This will make changing the filters in the future very easy.Once installed the water needed to be drained from the tank twice before it got rid of all the cloudiness. It says to drain the tank once but I would do it until you can run it and you don't get any cloudiness in the water. It might take more than once. The water is now very clear and tastes great.

The water is amazing after installing the RO system. It was pretty straight forward and easy to install. I really wish they would design it differently so that there aren't so many connections throughout the system. There are just way too many places for a leak to spring up. After installing the whole system and also adding a splitter so I could have filtered ice as well, I tested the system and noticed no leaks on any of the lines that I connected myself, however there was a pretty bad leak on one of the factory 1/4 inch OD lines that came already attached to the filter housing. I made a new piece, which I made longer so it could loop because the factory piece was short and had to bend awkwardly in between the connections, which I assume played a part in making it leak.So be prepared to test it out beforehand over a plastic bin or towels because it may leak out of the box. Also wouldn't hurt to order extra 1/4 inch OD line and a cutter for it, and may also need to order a splitter if you want to run a line to your icemaker. Also takes a 1/2 inch drill bit for the hole to add the extra faucet.So far I have zero complaints about the water though. The water rocks and tastes great. Finally able to stay hydrated without being dependent on bottled water. =)

Just purchased this for an ADU I just built for my parents. This system was so easy to install. I did it in 30 minutes. All you need is a 1/4“ drill bit, a 1/2“ masonry drill bit with a hammer drill, and a wrench. Easy peasy. I am pretty savvy at these things so I seldom use the instructions. I just went off of the picture guide that was provided. Very simple. If you need professional help, just look up a YouTube video. They'll explain everything and show you step by step to install a 5 stage system. REMEMBER TO PURGE YOUR WHOLE TANK AFTER THE FIRST INSTALLATION OR AFTER EVERY FILTER CHANGE.Good luck everyone!
