Assembly was quick and easy — took me under 10 minutes using the provided tools and instructions. The bamboo appears to be of high quality with a smooth finish, comfortably holding books, notebooks, and even vinyl records. The angled slats effectively prevent items from tipping or sliding. The material quality is superb, and the finish is impeccable. Crafted from lightweight bamboo, it feels both sturdy and durable. While some have commented that the visible screw heads are unattractive, I find that the brown finish makes the black screw heads blend in nicely, adding to its overall aesthetic appeal.Rating criteria:⭐️ 1 Star - Regrettably, this product fails to meet expectations due to its poor quality. I was a bit hesitant to order this book organizer due to some of the reviews. I took the chance anyhow because other reviews were happy with the product. I am so glad that I did, my experience and results are terrific.The book organizer comes in pieces that need to be assembled. Everything you need to assemble the book organizer is included, even the screwdriver. I appreciate that all of the parts are clearly labelled and the instructions are simple, clear and easy to follow. Everything fits together, the rods countersink into the sides, as do the screws, for increased stability.The quality of materials is excellent and the finish is flawless. This is made from a lightweight bamboo and feels sturdy and durable. There was mention that the visible screw heads aren't very nice to look at, however I find that with the brown finish the black screw heads blend in and are an aesthetically pleasing feature.The ZBBCTUS bamboo desktop book organizer is slightly pricey but not unreasonably so.

Unfortunately the one I got came with a leg snapped in half, and the weirdest part is it looks like someone tried to glue it back together but failed. I could probably fix it with some of my own glue but it won't ever be able to hold the same weight. It's not a complicated shelf. The bamboo is rough, like almost all other bamboo items on Amazon. Also, the screwdriver provided is awful and the screws are painted black and flake. Worse, screwing them in often doesn't work straight so you have to tilt them a lot, so it's trial and error.

This item does what it s intended to do. It holds books well enough, but the construction is not the sturdiest. There are visible imperfections in the wood and a couple of areas where I can see small splits forming.It comes with the screws and screwdriver to assemble it, but use your own screwdriver as the one provided is really uncomfortable and hard on the hands.

Up front i will mention that putting heavy hardcover books in this will cause indents from the wood poles pushing against the hardcover edge. I figured this might be the case and as soon as i saw marks along the edge of my books i lined the shelf with trimmed anti slip cupboard mat material, 2 layers thick. This was enough to fully pad even the heaviest of hardcovers. Of course if you instead use this for paperbacks and magazines you dont have much to worry about.Outside of that design flaw this shelf is fantastic. Its currently holding 7 very heavy hardcovers without issue, and has been for quite some time. The size, style, and capacity are all great, it really just loses a star for the design of the actual part that holds the books, being solid wooden bars this was obviously going to cause indenting on hardcovers, the heavier the worse it would be. But for a few dollars more you can pad this thing and it will be a great addition to your reading life.

Very easy assembly, probably less than 5 minutes to assemble following the instructions/directions and you get all the screws you need to assemble this and a bonus small screwdriver. Probably the easiest assembly of anything I have ordered that needed to be put together.While this is a small bookshelf it is very useful to display some smaller items or keep some things you need on hand such as reference manuals, guidebooks, etc.5/5 STARS. For being well labelled, incredibly easy to put together and meeting my office/desk storage and display needs.

This is a very adorable bookshelf. I make a lot of book content and I think it will be very useful to create content. It is easy to build and it looks really nice. All the instructions come with it and are easy to follow. I love how it looks and you can stack a good number of books there either your physical TBR, your next reads or your favorites. Very happy with it!
