The 12V/220C version accepted 12V @ 5A from my power supply and extremely rapidly heated a steel coupon to untouchable. Exactly what I wanted and greatly exceeding my expectations.

These work good. Did not see a UL listing on these. Or a voltage rating marked on the unit or even the packaging.

It arrived early, I hooked them up right away to a battery, In half a minute you couldn’t hold onto them. I got them for project I want to try, and I think that they will work for it

I bought these because I wanted to create a small thermostatic heating chamber. I have done some testing and they seem to cap out closer to 390°. I have yet to test a situation where I create a conduit to direct the heat and a form of insulation to keep the heat from escaping my desired area.Slightly unfortunate that it requires a separate power source that's not included. I was able to find the appropriate things to make it so I could plug it into a USB

I haven't had a chance to really put these matchbox sized ceramic heaters to the test, but on first impression, they worked as intended.
