My 10 year old has been dealing with anxiety at night and this has helped so much. The different colours help make the breathing exercises easy to follow and the bunny itself is very soft and squishy. The nightlight feature is dimmable to a soft white colour which is very calming. I also love that it turns off after 2 hours so it doesn’t stay on all night. A great buy!

We love this little owl! Purchased for my daughter’s calm down corner in her room and it’s the perfect addition! I love that it’s like squish-able, you can squeeze it and breathe in and out with it that way or with the lights and that’s great!

I bought this for a grandchild who sometimes has a little anxiety going to sleep, thinking about being ready for school the next morning. She is in elementary school and instantly fell in love with this!! She squeezes it and really loves "the personality?" of it. It is very soft and colorful and is easy to breathe along with. She enjoys it like a fun little toy she takes to bed but I plan on getting one more here!! It really helps you push out thoughts and relax into breathing as you watch it change colors for inhaling and exhaling. I think it is based on good breathing techniques (a few choices) and is a great product! I wasn't sure, but for the amount she uses it and enjoys it, it turned out to be a great value for the money.

Child loved it but within a few hours the touch sensory to change the brightness malfunctioned and the light would constantly flicker I'll be returning and buying a new one. I bought the koala for my other child with no issues so I believe it's just the one.

We ended up getting Penny, Kyle, and Hugo for my three kids (all under 8.) The older two have instantly fallen in love with their Breathing Pals! While we've only had them for a few days, they have not left the kids sides, both for play time and for bedtime! The dimmable nightlight feature is fantastic. And let's face it, they're so adorable and squishy!!!Super portable and very easy to use, Penny and Kyle have already gone for their first sleepover!We are excited to start exploring the breathing techniques with the kids, and who knows, they would probably be beneficial to us as well! We would definitely recommend this product for those with small kiddos!

My very best friend has anxiety which can cause heavy breathing and panic. This has helped her breathe and calm down when she feels these scary times arriving. The color is bright and vibrant. Functions as described and seems like it will hold up well!

Very nice bright light. Soft toy. Was smaller than I had imagined (about 7 inches tall maybe). Kid and baby enjoy it.

Great nightlight it was 2 white light settings. The breathing patterns are easy to use for and adult or child. Its very durable, soft and squishy. Small enough to carry around in the car our diaper bag.Battery last for a couple weeks before needed to charge again. The night light shuts off after an hour.
