This 15,000 BTU portable air conditioner is awesome. My basement used to be hot and humid in the summer, but now it's cool, dry and pleasant all day long. It easily maintains the temperature even on the hottest days. The dehumidification mode on this air conditioner is a lifesaver! It easily evaporates the moisture out of the air, making the basement feel less stuffy. I'm worried about contagion, but this air conditioner runs very quietly. The sleep mode is very quiet - perfect for me. The LED display is easy to read and very quiet.Mounting it in the ground was easier than I thought. The whole installation process took about 10 minutes

I have a large open space. This unit cools it down dramatically and fast. I don't like cold but rather cool. Perfect for me.

This ac is nice in terms of cooling down a room quite fast, however even when it's set to room temp it's freezing. The ac fills up very fast, I've been having to drain it almost every single day, when I first bought it I didn't have to drain it for a few weeks. It's not terrible but draining it is getting ready annoying, and the drain tube doesn't even work well on the lower drain hole. The hole is also so close to the ground that you can't put a baking sheet under it so you need to drain it outside or in a bathtub. It does have a lot of modes which is nice, but is quite loud.

This product seems to be very well-made and works great right out of the box. Have used it so far during two storm-caused power outages powered by my 3600 watt Ecoflow Delta Pro. Cooled 400 sf bedroom very well on two different hot summer nights for several hours. Haven't had to use the heater yet but it does put out heat in a test. For both heat and ac operations the outflow vent oscillates for better air movement. I highly recommend this unit!

Very happy with this AC unit. Like most it is a bit loud so we have to increase the tv volume in order to hear. But that’s with any units. It’s not loud as in annoying or anything but it’s not quiet. Have realistic expectations. We have it in the living room and it keeps the whole house nice and cold. You need a fan to help circulate the cool air if you have a bigger place. We have 2 bedrooms and it’s great. Also, when ordering I was mislead as to when it will arrive. It came a week later then the date range. When I contacted the seller, she lacked customer service skills, never apologized for the inconvenience, told me “to have patience” as the Canada warehouse ran out and it’s coming from states. I asked where in states and she doesn’t share that info. Lacking customer service and communication. Just be aware - the date it says may not be the date you receive it with many excuses. I wouldn’t buy anything else with this seller. The product itself is a 10/10.

I recently purchased this stand-alone air conditioner, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The cooling power is exceptional, quickly bringing down the temperature even on the hottest days. It's surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for using it in the bedroom at night. Nous avons acheté cet appareil pour nous rafraichir l'été lorsqu'il fait très chaud et aussi pour nous réchauffer à l'automne, hiver car nous n'avons aucun chauffage dans notre chambre. J'attendais qu'il fasse froid avant d'évaluer l'appareil. Nous sommes très satisfait du résultat et de la qualité. Nous le recommandons fortement pour ses 2 fonctions importantes pour nous. Set up the machine 2 days ago. Fan is the only thing that does what it's supposed to do. Cool mode is just the fan. Dehumidify mode hasn't taken any water out of my very humid apartment. Very cheap and fairly inflexible hose that pulls out of either window kit or body of air conditioner when you move the machine a bit.I am going to try to set up via my patio door in the next couple of days, once my hospital bed is delivered. If it doesn't work in it's new location, I'll be returning it. Returning it will be majorly stressful, as I am housebound. I'm not going to get ripped off for over $600 though. Really disappointed. My apartment is about 30 degrees right now.
