I like that it's not a big clumsy machine, that it's not overly loud, and it cools my place quickly. It came before the date advertised, which I appreciated because we were in the middle of a heat wave, and my old air conditioner died on me.

Easy to set-up, fits our large window, small, not very loud, cools room fast, lightweight, panel is easy to use. Like the fact that you can set the temperature and it will just turn on when needed. Overall, great portable air conditioner.

If you’re expecting any sort of value for your money, you’re going to be disappointed. Everything on it is cheaply built and poorly designed. Like why not have more than one style of attachment for the window? I have a newer home and the design of the attachment doesn’t allow the window piece to sit flush inside the sill. It gives zero troubleshooting for the install. Would not recommend

It's kinda loud but I have never seen a warning of the refrigerant in the air conditioner being flammable!!!! I'm aware that the refrigerant in say a car can burn you from the refrigerant when refilling the refrigerant just like propane can cause damage to you but as for a refrigerant being flammable and being used in a air conditioner in our house that is very concerning to me seeing it is a portable air conditioner and the unit is in my room and exhausted the heat out the window... help me feel safe about using your products when I'm a smoker and I love burning scented candles.... other than that the unit is great whether using the fan or the cooling air conditioner and it has a dehumidifier but my heating is electric heat registers under my windows in my one bedroom apartment. Any information to ease my concerns would be great.

This air conditioner is of perfect size. It's easy to use and has many functionsacts including dehumidifying. Pretty useful and can be used for various seasons.
