This rearview mirror dashcam combines high-end features, decent video quality, and a sleek design. It mounts effortlessly on top of the vehicle’s existing mirror and immediately levels up the look of the car's interior. Once powered on, the screen stays lit for about a minute, then smoothly transitions into a regular mirror, giving the car a high-tech, seamless appearance. Operating it couldn’t be easier—everything is controlled through the touchscreen, so I can tap and swipe my way to any setting I need.As for performance, this dashcam provides with crystal-clear, high-resolution footage, capturing every detail even in low-light conditions. The front camera angle is adjustable, which is a thoughtful touch, making it easy to get the perfect view of the road ahead.A small caveat: the dashcam does cover the original rearview mirror, so if your car’s mirror has buttons for functions like garage door controls or other features, they might be a bit trickier to reach. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it’s something to consider. The installation is refreshingly straightforward for the front camera, which snaps into place with ease. The rear camera setup requires some light wiring, but with a bit of research or an online tutorial, it’s manageable, even for those new to DIY car upgrades. One more bonus is the GPS tracking, which embeds the speed right into the video. It’s a useful feature for peace of mind, adding a layer of security to the recordings.
