The product arrived and and immediately you could tell it was used and broken. As pictured, one of the fasteners was broken, and both receivers are gouged and dented.

Both number 1 and 2 came apart. Don't know what happened. Dogs only wore for a week and it came apart. Other then that they worked good.

If my dog shakes, the audible alarm goes off.Due to the design of the straps and where they mount to the collar ,the collar twists and the electrodes lose contact with my dogs neck. Would not purchase again.

These were paired out of the box which was great as I didn't have to go through any setup. The range is okay (I had them cut out once) and the battery is meh. You'd need to charge these pretty much every day.

The DOGLinsen Dog Bark Collars are easy to use, durable and effective. They come nicely packaged with good instructions on proper use. The collars and remote feel durable and are waterproof so they should last for a long time. I like the simplicity and efficiency of this system. The dual collars are great for multi-dog households or as a backup collar. The single remote for both collars is easy to use and has a decent range.It's a versatile collar. There are three different training modes, including vibration, beep and static shock. It's easy to find one or a mix of various modes that work well for the dog's unwanted behaviour. The modes have a range of levels, which allows for good customization to match the dog's barking behaviour. The collars are adjustable in terms of size, so they will be good for most dog breeds. Overall, these collars are versatile and effective in curbing excessive barking. Full marks from me!

Not even a week old and already fell apart.It keeps losing on its own and falling off and now this time it just fell right off. Not much hyper activity either**Edit**Since my issue DogLinsen has gotten in touch to rectify the issue I had with a defective product. The level of customer service has been above par. A replacement product was shipped out at expedited levels to reduce inconvenience.Although the collar was a "build it yourself" format and no instructions on how it ultimately pieced together, I was able to figure out with little difficulty on how to properly put the collar on. So far the new collar has been working better but it is a different style then the first collar I received.I will update on the performance of the new device as time goes on however after originally being faced with a terrible product at first I can say by contacting "DOGLinsen" they were able to use exceptional customer service skills to make the situation correct. Once they received the defective product they wasted no time in making sure I had the new product in my hands with minimal delays especially with Christmas less than 1 week away.1 star to 3 stars as of right now. Possibly more depending on the outcome of the new product itself

I use collars for my LOUD boisterous girls to deter the barking. Especially at 6am when because I'm having my coffee they are all excited. I don't install the knobs for the shock on any collars just the beep and vibrations.These collars are so poorly made. Both fell apart in days and I only put them on as the girls go out. The beep sounds like a soft blur after a full charge. Do not buy.

This bark collar has a multitude of training options on it.Charge the collar via the included USB cable for a few hours until both the remote and collar are charged. The charges lasted me a few months of my Vizsla pup wearing the collar on our way to and from the dog park to stop his incessant howling (from excitement) and also at the park to recall him during his adolescent rebellion stage.The collars have an automatic beep setting on them when they feel his excitement start in his throat, so at this point the warning beep settles him right back down. During initial training, I did use the vibrate function - by pressing the remote button. It's enough of a vibrate that it gets my pup out of "the zone" so he focuses on my recall requests instead of whatever melee he is part of.I'm not a fan of the shock part, and have not used that.The distance it works is lengthy - even recalling him in the forest.I do find the rivets that keep the collar attached to the mechanism (and around his neck) tend to come off, so I installed stronger snap rivets in and I haven't had it fall off since. The collar is adjustable and stays pretty much the same diameter without readjustments required after each use. And the little rubber parts to cover the "prongs" do require regular checking to ensure they don't fall off (rendering the collars vibrate option useless) - but only a few extras are provided. So twist them on after each use - I've already lost a few.Overall a good training tool - but not a substitution.
