This unit, priced reasonably and delivered quickly, was easily installed and works as hoped. The remote control allows for easy , quick adjustments, especially from bed at night. The wi-fi app is a great feature for setting up while out of the house. Great unit!

El. modo nocturno hace mucho ruido y sus 3 velocidades son casi identicas, su aplicacion no es compatible con amazon Mexico.

I liked it when I first got it because it looks so nice. Also, when the AC came on it was powerful and cooled the room far better than the old unit it replaced.Then, it just completely shuts off when it reaches temperature. Minutes later it will thud back on. It's on, off, on, off. It's loud, and jarring. It scared my cats.Every other AC I've ever had keeps its fan on even when the AC isn't running. This is a deal breaker for me. I need background white noise to be fairly consistent, especially while I'm sleeping.Also, the thermostat is all over the place. If it's too warm, you have to set the temperature quite low to get it to come on. Then it makes the room too cold. You then have to keep raising the temperature until it shuts off, then the room gets too warm. It's like there's no consistency or tine-tuning for the temp. It's just always going up or down, on or off.Also, the three speeds of fan have barely any difference between them. It's weird.

I received the item in the time stated by the seller. This 3 in 1 machine is much lighter when compared to others so I really like that. I have just started using it and I only need to put it on low for the air conditioning and we can only hear a light sound of the air it pushes so I like that too. Quite easy to install. Instructions are quite clear and easy to follow. The reason why I gave the remote a 4 is only because I prefer to use it manually but I am sure it works just as well as the rest of the machine. The air conditioning lowers the temperature in my room very fast. Overall, if the noise remain that low for the months to come, I will really love this machine. I might buy another one. Will see. Overall, I recommend it.

After our 10yr-old portable AC died, we chose this unit as a replacement and are happy we did. It's much smaller than our last unit and produces just as much relief from the heat.The install was straightforward, but as with 100% of portable AC units, did require a bit of customization to achieve a proper fit (cutting the window panel to size). Don't let that frighten you, just measure three times before cutting and you'll be fine. The instructions say to use a hacksaw, but I made the cut with a sharp utility knife and it worked beautifully. The installation kit provided was extremely complete, but you'll need to provide your own hacksaw (or utility knife).The sound level is surprisingly low (making about half the noise our old one did) and the shape and colour mean this AC essentially disappears in the room.I recommend this unit and I would buy another.

This air conditionner work well for about 2 rooms. The noise is lowder than expected but it's supportable. It is easy to install, but the instructions could be a little clearier. The insects screen was missing,

I bought this a few weeks ago, and I had a good surprise when I installed this (24h after I receive it) and worked perfectly during the first 2 and a half weeks. But, now this model can't cool my room anymore like during the first 2.5 weeks. I don't have any idea what happens. In the first weeks, this AC could reach the selected temperature (23ºC) in a few minutes (nearly 10 minutes), and now it can't do this anymore, still working with the compressor active all day and it's unable to reach the temperature. I have a noise like "water flow" during the entire work time (it's not only during start or stop as the manual informs). I don't know if my model is damaged, because I have a cool wind through the AC output but I don't know if the temperature of the wind it's right. The point is that my AC it's not working with the same efficiency as the first 2-3 weeks (the outdoor temperature was the same as the first weeks, nearly 28 and 30 Celsius).If this model keeps working like in the first 2-3 weeks, could be a good model for the price range. Although, for me, still too noisy and I don't have a tool to verify if the 49DB announced is real.Another thing that I don't understand why... When this model reaches the temperature, it entirely shutdown... Why the fan doesn't keep working with the compressor off when reaches the selected temperature?

Yo vivo en un clima un poco seco, y estamos aproximadamente a 35 grados, ya no se aguanta el calor, este aparato fue la difrencia entre poder dormir y estar agusto en mi casa y querer correr. Lo muevo a donde este, de mi oficina, a la sala, o a mi cuerto, yo no necesite instalación, sólo lo pego al mosquitero y aunque la ventana queda un poco abierta, sigue enfriando los espacios, en la sala/ comedor que es grande no enfría igual que en los cuartos que son mas pequeños, pero deja una temperatura muy agradable.

I like that it works! It cools my ~500 sq ft downstairs area and is surprisingly quiet doing so. I like the sleek black design, and it was easy to set up. The hose attached seamlessly. I have a casement window, so needed a window seal, which was a bit more tricky. But, it all works. We've had a hot start to the month of May and I thank the fast delivery of this unit. Thanks, Amazon!

Enfria bastante, viene con todo el kit necesario para instalacion, facil de instalar en 30-45 min o menos si eres experto; es mucho mas silencioso que otro que habia comprado (el cual regrese por el ruido excesivo); medi la temperatura antes y despues; en 1hr-2hr en un cuarto de 4x4 aprox llego a la temperatura de 17 centigrados. En mi opinion es excelente y cumple de maravilla, ademas de que fisicamente luce bastante bien el negro y se ve elegante
