This is a great turntable for the price. Can connect to my bluetooth speakers and can also rip a record onto a USB drive. The sound quality is OK but streaming from my phone to the same speakers is better. It is great value for money. Recommend

The only thing I don't like is the arm with the needle does not go back to the tone arm lock when record is finished

Got mine hooked up today.First impressions: yes, the materials are lightweight. I was worried I'd twist the tonearm taking off the needle protector. I won't be surprised when the plastic latch to lock down the turntable breaks."Heartbeat City" by The Cars sounded good, but a bit gritty. (That was with only using a brush to clean, not wet cleaning.) I tried checking the speed using my phone, but I think it was too heavy because the speed was slow and the wow and flutter pretty awful. (I'd asked Electrohome if they recommended a weight and they said do NOT use one.) I don't think the speed and wow are issues when I don't have my phone on it as the speed sounded right and consistent when I played a record. The first time that I popped the lever at the end of a record, the tonearm shot up! Just a little care keeps it from rocketing up when you lift the needle.I highly recommend a scale to set the counterbalance. I was able to get it to 2.95 grams, but no closer... that's pretty darn close to dead center, though! I'm happy knowing it's right. With all these negatives, I still easily recommend this turntable! I got the version with bluetooth and hooked it up that way first. It was easy and sounded good. There really is a joy to putting on a record and playing a side. I know the sound only gets better as I move to a wired connection, and then a separate phono preamp. I plan to upgrade the cartridge in about a year, and can't wait to see how it will sound. This is not a toy; for $85, it is a ridiculously good turntable. It looks great, sounds good, and is up-gradable. I can't come up with a downside. After setting it up and playing some records for the first time in about 30 years, I'm grinning ear to ear tonight.

I was hesitant to buy when I saw few negative reviews, but I am happy I took a chance. This is my first vinyl player and it’s very easy to use. Something about cleaning and playing records gives you satisfaction. The wifi gave me a little trouble the first time to connect, simple solution is to put the player close to the Bluetooth receiver to pair fast the first time. The wood quality and Color is nice., the sound quality is excellent, I would recommend to buy a vinyl record cleaning kit with it so you can prolong the player’s life. I gave 4 star because 5 star is hard to achieve and nothing is perfect. Enjoy.

It takes only a few minutes to set up and begin playing your favourite vinyl albums. With our Bose wireless speakers, this Electrohome model with a retro 1970s look, sounds fantastic. Keep in mind that the majority of record players that list Bluetooth only function with audio files from your phone played through the record player's built-in speakers. With this model, we can wirelessly stream music from our record player to our speakers. This system does not come with speakers and only has manual controls. To begin playing a record, you must place the tone arm on it. When the record is played, it will stop spinning, and you will then need to return the tone arm to its holder. We can live with this because it was challenging to find a player that had everything we needed, including auto start, auto return, and wireless to speakers. Most record players only checked one or two boxes for us.So far we have used this record player for over 20 hours of playing time without experiencing any problems.

Avoid this garbage record player at all costs. Save your money and get a reputable brand like audio technica, save yourself the headache like myself. The audio is filled with static and fuzzy scratchy sounding noise, poor quality is an understatement. I can't believe this junk is made in Canada, shameful. The instructions for the tone arm are wrong and caused scratches on my records. I wanted to send this back but the shipping is on the customer and would cost about over half of what I paid for the Infernal thing. Please do not buy this absolute piece of junk, you will regret it and it'll ruin your vinyl listening experience like it has mine.
