I like this cushion. I have tried a variety of shapes and types. I don’t like the square flat ones, no matter how soft and cushiony they may be. The shape of this cushion is molded and my Fanny fits right on it. The little curve up the back keeps you from sliding too far back. The bottom is textured to stay in place on a chair.I bought two more; one for longer car rides, and one for the rocker

This seating is quite good only one complaint the foam is a bit hard however I will keep it and get used to it

this is good for an hour car trip. but i am a bus driver on ten hour shift.this does get compressed, ESPECIALLY THE SIDE, completely flat, and i am two hundred lbs, maybe this is extra large in china or japan, but in america, i am pretty much average, even females have bigger butts than me... lol...so i am disappointed, whoever wants memory foam and softness, this is for you, but if you lean to one side using one leg to drive like truckers and transit operators or machinery, the only good sides of this purchase are that it is larger than the average cushion, does feel good on short trips, and has a washable cover... but it is useless after a few hours.i bought the klobs or Kobalt extra large cushion and that is soft as well but is same size as this with no conforming molded sides or back. neither of these caused me any pain, no cushion can fix your spine and pinched nerves, but pulling your spine apart laying on a six inch roller or curve board you can buy from chiropractor did fix my pinched nerve from lifting very heavy cement garbage can back upright...bottom line, pun intended, this would be a SUPERB cushion IF MADE FROM STIFFER MATERIAL THAT DOES NOT LOSE ITS SHAPE... there are other brands, very expensive that are firm almost rubber material that do not lose their shape... and this one would be great if NOT MADE from soft so called memory foam. You dont need memory foam on a seat cushion, you need firm strong material THAT CAN GIVE SUPPORT, not get squished to oblivion. Save memory foam for your pillow or back cushion, but not for a seat cushion needing to support over an hundred pounds of your body weight for hours at a time. Good for short trips. Not for work IMHO.is comfy but no support on sides esp.

I take a XL and it always fits. This piece is XL-XXLIt must be made in China as the only time I ever experience a small XL is when it came from China.The quality appears good. My only issue is it's too small. My wife had to help put my arms through the unit and it was not wide enough. I experienced an extreme tightness and could not do the job it's suppose to do.I'm sending it back.

I ordered the extra large, I don't know why and it is really large. I have a cracked tailbone and am waiting for surgery. I returned this and instead ordered the Little Person chair $600Cdn with coccyx cut out from The Business Line, very expensive but worth the cost as super comfortable as my desk chair for working from home.
