The water filter system is solid. The filter was larger than I expected, but I was still able to fit it under the sink without much trouble. Installation was fairly simple.I would have given it 5 stars, but I deducted one star for two reasons:1. The faucet drips slightly after closing. The intervals are long, so it’s not a major issue, but I expected it to stop completely.2. The package arrived damaged and opened. Thankfully, all parts were intact, but better care is needed in handling deliveries.Overall, it works well, filters effectively, and has a good flow rate. If the dripping issue gets resolved and delivery improves, it would be perfect!

I had a slight fitment problem with the diverter and had to spend around $12 in various washers to make it work. I contacted the company and they were just incredible to deal with. They offered me a replacement filter for my time and the small amount of money I spent which I thought was very, very kind. I can't recommend this product enough, not just for it's quality and great tasting water but for the customer service that is so hard to find in todays world. These guys were fast with replies and ready to help. Fantastic overall experience and I LOVE the water. I'll use no other company after this experience.

Non è assolutamente ingombrante nel sotto lavandino, ha degli ottimi filtri a prezzo ragionevole, nel kit di montaggio è compreso tutto quello che serve e minuteria utile pure nella normale manutenzione. Acqua per la pasta, per il caffè, da bere sempre disponibile depurata e sicura, e soprattutto si mette fine al fare i cammelli per portarsi a casa lotti di bottiglie di acqua minerale. Esistono sistemi più complessi di filtratura ma che poi vanno riaricchiti delle sostanze indispensabili, questo invece elimina solo i metalli pesanti, i composti di cloro e quanto renda l'acqua del rubinetto sgradevole e forse poco salubre. Lo consiglio e inoltre il venditore (a me non è servito) pare sia disponibilissimo e cordiale in caso di problematiche. 5 stelle meritate

We have purchased this filter twice. The only reason is we moved and didn’t want to take out the first one we bought. My husband is not a plumber by any means, but he got it in within about 30 minutes so install is fairly straightforward. Super convenient having a separate faucet and it looks nice with the existing faucet. Water pressure coming out is decent and I love saving money on bottles of water! I would recommend to anyone and have recommended it to other family and friends

This is a very nice unit for cleaning your water. I was using a different company water filter system and already have done the pipe fitting and shut off valve. This unit came with a strong water pipe and a nice tap. I used the existing pipes and the installation was done in five minutes. The company recommend to run the tap for fifteen minutes so I did , at first you can see the water coming out is not clear but soon it was clear and the taste changed as well. There is no more chlorine and other tastes and smells.

This is the first time in a long time that I have purchased something that feels like I got every dollars worth. There is a lot in the kit including Teflon tape and screws and fittings and everything you could possibly need. I will say that I did have a manufacturing defect on one of the quick disconnects one of the o-rings was split. I was able to fix that but not before writing an email to support. The water is absolutely tasteless which is huge improvement over the chlorinated water that I had before. No way to taste if it's filtering out metals but I will know based on the residue it leaves in my water. I have very iron-rich water and everything builds up a red residue given time. If this doesn't happen I will update my review. Installation is definitely technical and if you're not comfortable with plumbing you really should not be doing it. I think the average person could probably bumble their way through it but you should at least have a basic understanding before even trying. The flow rate is good, right at what they say, I think. I suspect with time that's going to decrease but because the filters are only $20 I'm not too worried. What can I say very strong plastics that are glass fiber reinforced very nice stuff with the kit nothing left behind I didn't have to go to a hardware store. Although the Teflon tape is the cheapest Teflon tape I have ever seen. Still worked great though so whatever lol in the instructions they call that plumbers tape which I thought was hilarious.Everybody's complaining about the quick disconnects and trust me I don't like them I think they are problems all around however having gotten the kit I can say that I understand why. It would have probably added another 10 or $20 to the cost to change thim over to the proper fittings and with how much you're already getting I understand why they decided to cut it. I don't like it I probably would have wished to pay the extra money but in reality I probably wouldn't have purchased this if it was more expensive so.... Here we are I guess. Either way there's no leaks right now and pray to God it will stay that way :)

After only a month, we had white residus in the water. Very disapointing as the filter is supposed to last up to 2 years. Return to vendor, won't buy again.
