The lacing material was of the same quality as the lacing on my Wilson glove. The needle , on the other hand, was difficult to use as delivered. The lacing would slip off of the needle or the needle would not push the lacing through the hole. I modifies the needle to match a professional needle to get it to work

Leather seemed to be decent quality. Material was pliable and laced easily into the glove. Time will tell how long it lasts!

Ive repaired hundreds of baseball/ softball gloves with the traditional glove repair kits but after using this TOFL kit, I will never go back! The lacing needle makes it so easy to thread the lace through the glove and the leather itself was the perfect quality and amount to relace the entire glove.

Lacing a mitt is a process no matter what, so I don't know that there is an easier way oflr a better tool. Just know that the lace WILL keep falling out of the needle no matter what. I am lacing a standard size Mizuno catchers mitt, and it definitely takes 2 packs - 4 laces - to complete the whole mitt. If you just need the outside edge, this one pack of 2 laces will do. Looks nice when complete!
