got an old laptop but the battery is dead, found this one very cheap and it can power the laptop without main power for about an hour at least (not tested for how long it can run), it serves the purpose.

Charged up pretty fast. Watched a 1/2 hour streaming video with speakers turned up loud and only used 18% of the battery reserve. I recommend this battery.

Not sure if the chip on the battery is not compatible with my HP Pavilion 15 laptop or it would stop working sometime.

Just got the battery about 10 days ago. Using it in HP Pavilion laptop. So far it seems to work fine. The only problem is that when you put the battery back in the laptop, it does not always pwer on. I have to take it out and reinstall in the PC sometimes two to three times before it makes the right contacts, and allows me to start the PC. Don't know if this particular unit is not properly built, or it is to be expected. If it persists, I may have to contact the seller/

Have had no problem works great just wish a bigger one was made for my laptop, was a great price and arrived quickly.Adding to this review a couple months went by and it quit charging right now I’m trying to find out if warranty is going to be honored

My battery was dead. My laptop could only work when plugged in. I matched this battery with what mine said and it came in 2 days. Works perfect and fits the same as the other one. It's perfect and saved a ton of money if I had went to a computer store.

I received this battery and put it into my laptop, seemed to be a bit of a snug fit, but it worked. It had a little charge on it but not much so I plugged the laptop in and left it to charge overnight. The next day, it was only at 40% charge. I figured that it was because I left the computer running as well that it wasn't able to charge as fast. So, I turned off the computer to let is charge all day. When I came home, from work, I unplugged the power cord and turned on the laptop. The battery was still at 40%. I couldn't believe it. I have done as many things as I can think of to alter battery settings and all of that, still 40% max. It is not worth it, I can get about a half hour of use out of my laptop before it goes into battery saver mode. I guess you get what you pay for.
