The Trolling Motor Malictele 12V-24V 8 Gauge Plug and Receptacle was purchased for the back of a pickup truck. A 12v line needed to be run from the battery to the back of the truck for a boat trailer winch. The plug and receptacle worked perfect and were easy to install. Now when I need to winch the boat onto the trailer I just connect a lead wire from the truck to the winch.

This came with the size connectors for the 8 gage wire. These connectors are no that east to locate in my area. Very pleased. But like other comments it worked once then stopped working.

There is no seal at the connection, I have significant doubts about the notion that this is "waterproof". Other than that, I don't have any real complaints, It came with everything I'd need to install.
