Bought the two pack of heating elements. Had them installed by contractor, but one of the two elements ended up dying within 12 hours of being installed. While it worked, it worked great... For about 8 hours... Now, we're without hot water again...

These elements brought our 1 year old ECO 11 back to full life again. Yes, we had one of the original elements fail in about a year from installing the tankless heater, and the water was not as hot as we were used to it being.30 minutes worth of swapping parts (15 of that spent figuring a way to get all the scale deposits out of the bottom of each "tube" before installing the new elements), and bamo - water hotness again! Well worth it. It might be smart to have an extra set of these on hand for the next cool-down event.
